DO I HAVE TO CALORIE COUNT?

No you don't, but it's always important to remember that even if you don't count calories, calories still count. Following the plan itself doesn't guarantee you will be consuming your maintenance calories or a calorie deficit, so it's still important to eat slowly and mindfully, stop when you feel full and know that if you consume more calories than you need on a consistent basis you will gain body fat regardless of whether it comes from a set plan or not.
