Our courses are broken down into bite-sized videos with most lasting around ten minutes or less meaning they are ideal for fitting into your lunch break or on the daily commute. There are quick and fun activities that you can do alongside the content to help to really get the most out of the courses and to apply the ideas covered in your own life; all you will need is a piece of paper, a pen and yourself!

We have worked closely with meditation expert Patrice Ennis to create a range of guided meditations just for you, to help you to begin your meditation journey and build confidence in your own practice. Whether it be relaxation, anxiety, positivity, motivation, sleep, or focus you are struggling with, there is a meditation session for every mood.
