HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

All mindset courses, sleep stories & mindset tools are included within the RWL Standard membership at £14.99 a month. This membership also contains all of our Fitness & Food features which you’re more than welcome to use. You can cancel at anytime and there are no contracts.

I DON’T HAVE A LOT OF FREE TIME, HOW ARE THE COURSES STRUCTURED?

You can work through them at your own pace! Our courses are broken down into bite-sized videos with most lasting around ten minutes or less meaning they are ideal for fitting into your lunch break or on the daily commute. There are quick and fun activities that you can do alongside the content to help to really get the most out of the courses and to apply the ideas covered in your own life; all you will need is a piece of paper, a pen and yourself!

I FIND THE TOPIC OF MINDSET OVERWHELMING; WILL THIS BE SUITABLE FOR ME?

All of our courses are easy to follow and presented from a positive point of view. They are about taking action and making improvements. We’ve stripped the content back to basics, removed all of the confusing jargon and used relatable real life examples so you won’t need a psychology degree to understand the content!

IS THE MEDITATION CONTENT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS? I WOULD LIKE TO TRY IT BUT DON’T KNOW IF I CAN DO IT RIGHT!

If you can breathe you can meditate! Anyone can meditate, there is no right or wrong way to do it, and our meditations are suitable for all abilities including beginners. We have worked closely with meditation expert Patrice Ennis to create a range of guided meditations just for you, to help you to begin your meditation journey and build confidence in your own practice. Whether it be relaxation, anxiety, positivity, motivation, sleep, or focus you are struggling with, there is a meditation session for every mood. We’ve also created introductory guides packed full of top tips for getting you started with your meditation practice!
